Dr. Robinson will provide medical care for the entire family including adult medicine, pediatric care, women’s health, physicals, Medicare annual wellness exams, lab testing and minor procedures.  He has a special interest in behavioral health and adult medicine.  Dr. Robinson is conversational in Spanish.

Dr. Robinson has had a long career serving patients across our region.  He co-founded and served as CEO of Piedmont Health Group, helping it grow from a small primary care practice into a large medical complex serving the Greenwood County area. Dr. Robinson is a member of the American and South Carolina Medical Associations, and was named as runner-up for the South Carolina Senate’s 2010 Small Business Person of the Year. He served as Medical Director of Wesley Commons Nursing Home for six years. In his spare time, Dr. Robinson enjoys the outdoors, particularly hunting, fishing and gardening, as well as aviation. He also works with gems and has been making wedding rings and other jewelry for more than 20 years. Dr. Robinson has three children as well as three stepchildren with his wife, Denise.
