Community Health Needs Assessment

In accordance with the Affordable Care Act, Abbeville Area Healthcare Center conducts a community health needs assessment every three years to identify and prioritize community needs. The needs assessment is developed using research, interviews, focus groups and surveys of community members, employers and organizations. The results of the community health needs assessment leads our efforts to help people in our community live better lives through better health.
