If you or a member of your family have a problem, concern or wish to make a suggestion about your stay, please contact our Patient Representative at 864-366-3341 to discuss your concerns. If you are a patient in the hospital, you may call the patient representative x3341 or ask for the nurse in charge. Every effort will be made to resolve the problem in a timely manner.
If you have a concern about your bill, contact our Business Office at 864-366-3238.
If you have a concern about your safety while you are in the hospital contact our Safety Officer at 864-366-3378.
If you have a concern about the privacy of your health information, please contact our Privacy Officer at 864-366-3313.

Medicare beneficiaries may appeal a decision to discharge from the hospital or request review of quality of care issues and coverage decisions by contacting the Carolinas Center for Medical Excellence (866) 885-4902.
All members of the general public and any individual have the right to contact the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Facilities directly if they have a patient safety or quality of care concern that the hospital has not addressed.
