 | Education: | Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the South Carolina OR a qualified healthcare professional. |
 | Experience: | Three to five years of health care experience, preferred. One (1) year experience in home health care required. QA/QM/UR Education/Experience preferred. Must be able to exercise initiative and independent judgement. The PI Coordinator must also have the ability to work with individuals to enlist cooperation of many people to perform/achieve a common goal. |
 | Physical Requirements: | May have irregular hours and long periods of standing or sitting. Should be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally, and 10 pounds routinely. Needs to be able to work well under pressure and perform in a competent manner during stressful situations. External applicants, as well as position incumbents who become disabled, must be able to perform the essential functions, either unaided or with the assistance of a reasonable accommodation to be determined on a case by case basis. |
 | License Required: | RN required. BSN preferred. Other healthcare certifications will be considered based on experience in the home health quality field. Certification QM preferred. |
