Position Title: CNA-PT

Department:Medical / Surgical Care
Position Description: Will provide direct patient care and works collaboratively with other patient care team members including the patient and family, and will assist with activities of daily living and delegated patient care treatments and procedures.

The above wage range reflects the minimum, midpoint and maximum hourly rate for this position. New employees are hired between the minimum and midpoint of this range. The initial wage offered will be based on qualifications and experience.

    Qualifications:
    Education:High school graduate or equivalent. CNA coursework.
    Experience:Previous experience in a health care environment preferred. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills required. Detail attentiveness required. Individual must be self-motivated and willing to self-direct. Ability to simultaneously handle multiple assignments and projects with speed and accuracy. Able to work efficiently and effectively under time constraints. Basic computer skills.
    Physical Requirements:May have irregular hours and long periods of standing. Should be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and will seek assistance when heavier objects need to be lifted.
    License Required:Certification as a Nursing Assistant preferred. BLS certification.
