Speech Therapy
Speech Therapy (ST) is defined as is the rehabilitative or corrective treatment of physical and cognitive disorders resulting in difficulty with communication or swallowing.
Our ST assists patients, using certain exercises, to regain and strengthen their speech skills. Many of these skills are compromised due to a stroke or other neurological event. They also assist with swallowing disorders and speaking issues. The speech therapist can be very helpful to patients of all ages.
